We have starting prices here on our website but if you want a more detailed quote, we will need more info on your pet. Prices depend on breed, size, coat condition ect - Hence why the booking online tool will say you owe $0 for the groom. Also, it's a rough time frame estimate on how long it will take for your pet to be done at the salon. You can call or text (765)993-6834 if you'd like more info before booking.

! Scheduling Policy - Read before booking !
​!!ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your pet’s scheduled appointment. If you do arrive early, I kindly ask that you wait in your car until your designated time. Due to a high volume of appointments, and The Pink Pug being a one person ran business, the cage space is extremely limited, and i am unable to accommodate pets before their scheduled time. In the mornings, I am preparing for the day and need some time to set up shop, finish laundry and Spruce up, return calls and text messages. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Cancellations
Please provide a minimum of 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee that will be due at time of next booking. We provide a 48 hour courtesy text message reminder in advance, a 24 hour email, and a 2 hour reminder text before your scheduled appointment for your convenience. We do understand that life happens and all fees will be at groomers discretion to the circumstances.
If last minute cancellations and reschedules become a habit, you will be required to pre pay for all future appointments, this payment is non refundable.
No Shows
We do not tolerate no shows. After you have no shown, Clients will be asked to pre-pay all future appointments in full with no refunds if you do not show up. We provide a 48 hour courtesy text message reminder in advance, a 24 hour email, and a 2 hour reminder text before your scheduled appointment for your convenience. When clients do not show, we can not fill that appointment time and we do not get paid.
Late arrival
Late arrival is considered 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you have not called and left a voicemail or texted to let us know what is going on, we will cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule for another time. If you are habitually late and miss your appointments, we will ask you to start pre-paying your appointments ahead of time with no refunds; seeing as when clients do not show, we can't fill that appointment time and we do not get paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Pick up
We give owners 1 hour to pick up pets from the salon. If you need more time, please talk to your groomer before your appointment so you can make arrangements for a timely pick up. If you do not have that conversation with your groomer, we will assume 1 hour is a satisfactory time frame for pick up. Pets that are at the salon beyond the groomers stated end time for that day will be charged a daycare fee of $10 (+$5 for each additional pet) for every half hour they wait. We have limited cage space and also are by appointment only, so The pink pug isn't open say, from 10am-5pm. We are only open until the last pet is done being groomed for the day. Your pet may be the last pet for the day and we are waiting for them to be picked up.

Appointment Confirmation
Please confirm your appointments so we know you're coming. Not confirming your appointment is NOT "canceling" your appointment. If you have to cancel you need to reach out or you’re considered a NO SHOW and will have to pay a fee to book with us again.
